Meet Our Chef – Tikaram Sapkota

Our chef brings rich experience and strong passion to Himalayan Kingdom. He began his journey at the 5-Star Hotel Yak and Yeti(2005–2007) in Kathmandu. There, he learned fine dining and mastered authentic Nepali flavours. Later, he moved to the UK for new culinary growth. He worked in busy kitchens like Red Hot Buffet, Cosmo Buffet, and Sai Spice.

With this international experience, he creates dishes with a unique touch. He blends warm Indian spices with refined global techniques. As a result, every plate carries balance, depth, and care. His vision is simple and clear. He wants food that feels like home and tastes like a celebration.
